Useless and rude staff

I am running a 2nd hand car parts business together with used cars business. In my business we are using IKHOKHA speed point machine. It was late in the afternoon when a customer wanted to buy one of the cars we were selling . He did not have cash with him instead he opted to Swipe R120000 on my speed point machine which transaction was approved by the machine. His bank emidiately called him to authenticate the transaction which he failed to do as such he was adviced to visit his bank branch the following day as such the money did not come through to me to release the vehicle. Next day customer came back paid via eft for the vehicle and we gave him the car . He was advised by his bank that R120000 has been paid to IKHOKHA via transaction that he did with us and IKHOKHA confirmed receipt of the money. Upon enquiry I was told the transaction has been flaged as potential ***** therefore it will be subjected to investigation in the meantime our machine will be suspended till further notice and to date after more than a month our machine is not working my customer did not receive his money back R120000 . Despite my several calls I got no help on behalf my customer and also to get our machine working. To me it appears they don't care about my business including my customer who now demands his money from me. Legal action is my only option remaining.
