Unreliable ikhokha

I have been using Ikhokha airtime machine since 10 September 2023, since then they have been responding to my concerns much quicker until on the 02 October 2023 where I was suggesting to them to include social media data like whattsapp because it is in demand, till today there is no one from Ikhokha came back to me to confirm how far they are in handling that setback, today I tried contacting them again still no one is prepared to talk to me, I wonder what kind of a business is this one which doesn't listen to its clients request
