This service is for informal business. Not impressed

I am very disappointed in the fact that iKhokha takes long to settle when there are public holidays in between working days. I am with them for a few weeks and already being angered by their delays. I also am experiencing connectivity issues as the sim cards are not connected after two days of use. I sent an email and I also did chat enquiries and my device is still not connected. This is disgusting and their first impression stinks. If you run a retail business and rely on turning over your money fast during the holiday season, Ikhokha is not the service for you as it impacts you negatively as you are on hold until they decide to pay you one day. Go with the commercial banks who understands that a business requires fast payouts to turnover and contribute to the growth of the business
