This could have been a 5 star rating but iKhokha online sales team and their poor communication is a result of the 3 star rating. I have for the past 3 weeks battled to get my FICA status changed from pending to approved. After their team confirmed I have submitted all the necessary documentation and that nothing was outstanding. For 3 weeks everyday there was a different story or simply no response to my emails until today when Nokukhanya assisted me and had the problem resolved in literally 3 minutes. In all honesty she deserves a 5 star rating as an individual. iKhokha needs to review their staff and their processes 3 weeks to resolve something that took another person 3 minutes is unacceptable.
