Theft by Ikhokha and bad customer service

Absolute ******** what Ikhokha did. They took 14.65 % of a sale when I called to enquire with a consultant by the name of Tameran on the 21%st of this month, he said according to him the charges were meant to be in the +- 3% range and he'll escalate the matter for an investigation. It's not the first time ikhokha takes way more than they are suppose to. I'm definately looking at other swiping businesses because there's no way we can continue to work with such ****** with them hoping we might not notice. Tameran promised to get back to me on the same 21st it's 4 days later and he hasn't bothered to explain where our money went and what were those additional charges are for. I wouldn't reccomend at all
