The guy Mohammed who called me to help me set up the machine was useless

The guy Mohammed who called me to help me set up the machine was useless. He called, I told him I don't have the machine with me, he promised to call the next day 1st thing when he got to work cause I needed to use the machine that day for am event, the event that was the reason I bought the machine. He never called to date, 4 days later and he had the nerve to send me a link to rate him while he didn't even do what he was assigned to do. Completely useless. I'm returning the machine, I'll buy from another company which takes their clients seriously!!!
