Thank you Stephan Smith!

I just want to say that I had a wonderful experience with Ikhokha! I just started my own little business and I am still a little unsteady on my feet. I was really not looking forward to all the hassle that comes with ordering a card machine and jargon that I do not understand. Luckily Stephan Smith was on the other side of the line to help me through every step. Although I had trouble to hear clearly what he was saying - to no fault of Stephan - this always happens when I am talking to someone on the phone - he was extremely patient with me. He had to explain, in detail, every little step I had to take to get my card machine connected and working - and he had to repeat himself several times. At one stage I was a little stressed that he was going to lose his cool with me because I had no idea what I was doing. Nevertheless he walked me patiently through everything I had to do and afterwards told me that I could call him any time I wanted, and he would be there to help me. I did...and he was. Even hysterical voice notes were calmly adhered to immediately to set my mind at ease! Stephan! Thank you for making my card transactions one less thing to worry about - and I was REALLY worried about it. I was so afraid of my Ikhokha when it arrived that I did not open it for a week!!! It's also very comforting to know that I have a consultant that I can contact at any time if I have any questions or problems! Looking forward to working with you guys.
