terrible support

Terrible service i have been battling for 3 months to get my ikhokha flyer working , have been writing to *** and no resolution yet, even writing to support still no results

i was asked to pay an amount for a new charger and at the same time i ordered the rolls of paper mor than 10 days and no reply and nobody cares to repy either
