Terrible service for an equally useless device. I bought the small device to use for my startup company. It arrived on time which I can’t fault and I unpacked it. I tried to set it up and I wouldn’t connect to my iPhone. I called the call center and they talked me through it and it worked for one transaction. After a few days it wouldn’t connect to my phone anymore. I called the call center again and they told me that their devices are NOT compatible with IOS devices even though on their website it states that it is. They said they would call back with options as to what we could do and it’s now 5 days later and I’ve heard nothing. I am very disappointed.
