Terrible experience with empty promises

I regret buying iKhoka and not another brand. Knowing the poor service and empty promises I now know I'd MUCH rather buy a Yoco. I bought a iKhoka a month ago and was told the business would be registered on the machine within 48 hours - we waited a week. Then to get the iKFlyer machine to only take a transaction took another almost 2 weeks, but have to wait for them to get FICA so that it could get paid to us. Now we are a month later and still iKhokha didnt get Fica so we don't get paid the transactions. Everytime I had to call to ask where is the process, then just hearing "Carli will phone you back" still spoken to her in a month, had just one email reply - no feedback what so ever. The process is just stretched much longer and much more of a hassle than promised. One guy Mohammed at the activations team is very nice - but still......waiting.
