Teniel was cordial and respectful
Teniel was cordial and respectful. Straight to the point. I like that because I don’t always have the leisure to sit and chat. When someone give me the info I need, really appreciate that. I used to work in the same industry and I have a lot of respect for the work he does. And people think they can take out their frustrations on agents, which is not my cup of tea.
