I would like to thank Melissa from the Ikhokha team that went the extra mile on Friday 19th July 2019 to help me set up my ikhokha machine in no time,after I have been waiting for 4 days for help from another agent from there offices,and was told each day that someone would phone me back shortly,and by Friday I was getting a bit aggitated that no one even bothered to phone me,i again phoned there offices and that is when Melissa answered and after hearing my side,she did not even hesitate but helped me immediatley and within minutes I was up and running,thanks again Melissa from the Ikhokha team,we need more people like you to assist clients.
