Support stops before activation step
Online signup process went smooth, but there the service ends. Numerous phone calls to Ikhokha, only customer support answers. Activations on every call it says you are caller nr 5 and after 10 minutes of holding you get to nr 1 and the call is dropped. This happened 3 times.
Then I decided to call customer support and they checked if someone from Activations is available, when they transfer me, the call is dropped. I've sent emails to *** but receive no reply.
If someone from IKhokha manages to read this, please can someone from activations give me a call?
I'm starting to regret my decision to give them a chance over the rest of the competition.
