Yastil Rugunanan is the person to speak to when dealing with Ikhokha support. I have unseccessfully been trying since 25 October to get assistance regarding the change of ownership of an Ikhokha Shaker. E-mails, telephone calls etc. had no effect. Today, one call to Yastil, who also works at Ikhokha support, and the matter was settled within 23 minutes. Thank you very much for being efficient in your job and helping so quickly.
