Stefan's service changed my mind about this company!!

Dear Ikokha,

I have been so frustrated with the lack of delivery on reporting promised by your company. Your emailing system does not work and you stay on hold for over 5 minutes when you call support. And then......... I got through to Stefan Mudefda..he gave me a quick training session on your online biz portal which (by the way) is great. I was about to close all our dealings with your company but Stefan saved the day..he was patient and courteous despite my irritation. He talked me through and I can now access everything I need. Thank you Stefan your service is OUTSTANDING!!!
