Stay away from iKokha

I have bought 8 x IK Flyer credit card machines from iKhokha. I have it special bought for a very big festival that my company offers. During this festival I have so much problems with these machines! I had an large amount of festival goers with queues in front of my ticket office and credit card machines that don't work. They just simply freeze. Or they can't make any printouts. Some of the machines have transactions that went through double. I immediately contacted the help centre but the team could not help me at all. They just proposed that I call again the next day! Stay as far away from the company and it's products. there is no support and the product is extremely poor.
