Slow and poor service
Poor service. Takes them 3 to 4 days to reply. Keep asking info and nothing gets done. I have explained that my wife has a passport so i registered under my name. They eventually asked her passport foto and working permit along side her proof of banking. Now we are back to square 1 and account cant be finalised. If I know i would have trouble linking a banking account still after 3 weeks i would have stayed with Yoko where we have none issues at all.
