Sirens Meintjies called me last week to enquire if I had any problems with my Ikokha machine. I told her my battery was not lasting, she then told me after fully charging machine I must switch it off when not in use. She was absolutely right. Sirena was most helpful and informative. She promised to call me back in a few days and indeed she did. I am very impressed with Ikokha’s customer service and follow up.
