Settlement woes.
I am very disappointed with Ikhoka. They are settling sporadically in the last few weeks. It seems that there is no respect for traders cash flow. IT IS OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!! Recently I processed a payment on Friday and only received settlement on Tuesday.......I phoned and received a response to the effect of "we are having trouble with our ABSA account and cannot do anything about it" I subsequently sent Ikhoka an email and guess what - no response. Silly me, I processed another transaction yesterday and of course...still waiting. Please don't write spin in a reply about escalating etc.. Tell the truth. Are you in financial trouble? Can we trust you with our hard earned cash anymore?
