Service Excellence

My Ikhokha was ****** from my shop. I got it replaced within 24 hours of payment. On trying to set up, I got stuck. I phoned to Ikhokha call centre ***, where Stefan answered. What a lovely experience. First of all he was very friendly and very helpful. My mountain was a little steep uphill and within no time he assisted me as if he was standing right next to me. I wish other companies has such friendly and efficient call centre agents. I really get frustrated with other call centres I contact. Stefan jou doring!!! Thumbs up to you brother!!!!
