Sales person tarnishing your reputation Ikhoka

As amazing as the customer service agent is that i dealt with, the SALES person, Riccardo , treats the clients just like a pay check. Once the payment was made, he is rude, brass, unprofessional, did not change my address on their system, after supplying him with all the required documentation, almost costing me a new, up-sale, unit. I had to intercept my package myself, this is after days earlier, requesting the tracking information, which i did not receive. This is the first time I have ever had this level of "service" from Ikhokha and this individual is tarnishing your stellar reputation :'(
