Sales Awesome, Support & Activation Terrible

The sales team was more than happy to assist in getting your business and make you purchase a device, but after that it goes into a black hole. I was promised activation in 24 hours only to have to make numerous calls to lip service agents who tell me activation is in progress and they will follow-up and call me back. not one call from them. Finally after the 3rd call I'm told they need additional documentation. That was provided immediately and again total silence as to when activation will take place. I called again to be told someone is busy with it but cant give a commitment. what started as a pleasant experience is now turned into me questioning if I made the right choice with iKhokha.
