Ruff start to smooth sailing

I purchase the Mover pro machine from iKhokha, first it was a rocky start, didn't receive my order in 5-7 working days and when I did receive it I only received half my order. After numerous emails and calls to inform iKhokha about the situation nobody reply. THEN......I received a call from Nehkeshni Maistry from their customer support office, in one day she helped me and insure that my outstanding order was shipped the next day. I just want to thank Nehkeshni Maistry for her fast service and when she completed my order she called 3 times and send an email to inform me that my order has been shipped. Thank you for keeping your promise and for keeping a line of communication open.
