Been dealing with service providers for over fifteen years on behalf of the companies I've worked for. Ikhoka and especially Nikesh, have dealt a level of service that I've not experienced before and could only hope for from other businesses. Prompt, professional and immediate. As someone who has to practically reprimand and remind service providers on a weekly basis to simply do what they are being paid to the experience from Ikhoka has been the most notable I'm able to recall. If they decided to open a telecoms and printer service provider business with this level of service they would take over the country in that sector.
