Really poor bad service

Most probably the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Brought my shaker the Saturday. Emailed all the necessary docs for FICA the Sunday. Was emailed the Monday to say everything is accepted. 4 days later it is still not working. Phoned numerous times. Every time I get told that it will be sorted out and that they will call to confirm. Nothing!!! I'm taking this ******* machine back to Game and would rather try my luck with one of the competitors. Unacceptable service.
