Read the fine print before buying an Ikhoka Machine
I bought an Ikhoka machine under the impression that there are no monthly fees, only to be horrifically disappointed when I found out that there is a R75 monthly data fee even if you don't use the machine.

Please note that the iKhokha SIM card is optional and carries a monthly fee of R75.00, irrespective of the machine's usage. This is because the data is loaded monthly and does not depend on how often the machine is used.

02 Jul 2024, 13:55That information would have been useful when I purchased the machine, as I said, I should have read the fine print or your support team should have shared that information upon setup. R75 per month is more than what I pay my cell phone SP for data every month. I expect FSP's to be more honest about full disclosure of cost implications as I was not informed that the sim was optional, it came as part of the package.
