Purchased machine that was never delivered 2 weeks later!!!! Pathetic

About 2 weeks ago i purchased the speedpoint machine from you guys, everything was processed, yet to date i have not received the device and yet i was promised the device by Monday!!! I have not received any calls letting me know the update and progress of the whether the machine will be coming or not, why take my money if you will give me empty promises???When you needed business, i was getting calls every second pressurizing me to buy this machine, now that you have my money, there is now a hold up??? Why are you ******** people like this?
