Professional customer service experience
Wow ,what a great service from the company, specifically from the gentleman called Nilesh..he has been patient enough with me as I was struggling and bothering him with lot of questions,but he never got tired and he was understanding,he even answered after the working hours,via WhatsApp..he took me throughout the whole process,from the sale,as paying for the mover machine as I was struggling with my card , throughout the after sale.I am still bothering him when I am struggling with anything,I really appreciate that,keep up the excellent job guys.
