Poor support service.

Unfortunately there is no option to give less than one star, but if I could I would have. 13 Days I am struggling to get the FICA process completed and still it is not completed. Every time I phone they require different documents, I email the documents and then the same story. the next day. No one is making an effort to contact me, the two times someone did try to reach out it was load shedding and I was unreachable due to reception. In the mean time my money is not being banked into my account and I am unable to pay suppliers. I would really not recommend Ikhokha for their support is non existing. The device is really good and user friendly, but when you require support... nothing!
