Poor service Solo machine

I bought a Solo payment machine which was promised to be delivered on the 7th January 2022. I made numerous follow-up calls to date I still don't have the machine..I have however since realized that most of the clients who places their orders before me they also experienced the same poor level of service. Judging by the number of reviews it almost says Ikhokha is used to this quality or lack thereof. I regret having bought this machine
