Poor service and false advertising
Poor service and false advertising. I paid for a machine on the 13th June 2023, till today I have not recieved the machine, consinder Yoco and other companies, this ikhokha is poor

07 Jul 2023, 14:50When I had made up my mind about leaving Ikhokha for good after Thando provided a horrible service. I spoke to Keshnee, a very humble lady who pays attention to details, very patient, good listener and has customer service in her blood. She managed to resolve an issue that +/- 5 agents couldn’t solve after making me repeat my story every time. I have decided to stay with Ikhokha because of Keshnee. I appeal to Ikhokha seniors staff to employ people who are customer service driven like Keshnee.
