Poor service

I bought iKhokha machine from takelot. I've been trying registering with IKhokha services for 3 weeks 😫 now. Its a headache. The unprofessionalism I've been met with is out of this world. Mellisa Marnies has been handling my registration but she never comes back to me. Everytime I call them they keep asking for something I sent it the same day and they keep quiet the whole until you call again. This morning I was promised by the end of today my machine will be working but still NOTHING. I feel soo helpless
