Poor Practices from Ikhoka

I have been using them from December, all was well until last week, I noticed no payments to me from the 29th, so I enquired and was told this week that they held back payments because they need to fica the directors Id. So they never bothered to tell me this prior but decided to just stop payments, that is so inconsiderate as we rely on these funds, Its now the 9th and still no payment to me.
