Poor Poor Poor service from Ikhoka Mobile card machines

I have bought two of there mobile card Machines, its now week 4 and they have not delivered the machines, after several calls, emails they keep giving me the run around on delivery dates, they have not responded to my emails, they do not phone me back, I have requested a Refund to buy a different companies card machines, they have not responded to that, This is very very poor service, as they will be dealing with a potion of my companies finances, I now wonder if they will pay my card transaction back to me...
