Poor onboarding services
The onboarding takes so long that I am beginning to regret choosing ikhokha. "Thank you for submitting all your information. You've done all there is to do – now leave the rest to us.
We've sent your documents to be securely verified and we'll let you know how it goes within 24 hours." still waiting...
