Payment made no Machine Received!!!!!!!

So i am absolutely disappointed by the service received by Ikhokha. Placed my order with Chris end of July for my machine, Payment was done and delivery arranged to be done by Monday as my new store was opening. That entire week there was no communication and to date nothing from Chris. I spoke to Mason apparently the sales manager not sure how someone like this can be a sales manager when he never bothered to call me back or provide feedback on the machine.

I kept calling them and leaving messages, Eventually lost close to 2 weeks of sales at a new store due to not having a card machine. By the way i am an existing client of Ikhoka and this is how they treat their customers. Today is the 16th I have not received any calls or anything explaining as to why this machine was not sent, no apologies nothing.

I would never recommend them and have actually cancelled my other services with them as well.

Disgusting customer service.
