Pathetic useless customer service
Worst possible service, they promise you commission on vending services and say you will receive you IK commission in the first week of each month, guess what 4 months have gone buy and they still cannot figure out why the commission is not getting transferred to my ik wallet pathetic service emails get responded to after a month useless service wasted my money on ******* can't even get assistance, consultants blame management, management can't do their jobs. Yoco is the better alternative, Roslan said she would come back to me shortly it's been 2 weeks, when is shortly next year?

I think it's best you people deactivate my account before i seek advice from my lawyer as I purchased a product but have had endless problems with you people, your adverts promise commission being paid every month but what's due is not what you get yet you only get a lousy 1IK INSTEAD OF 64iK
Never ever have I experience such ******* where the service is absolutely shocking. How on earth do you people make money with ****py service?
I hope all other ikhokha users will come right, I am asking all my family members to boycott ikhokha we all having the same problems!
