Pathetic Service for products

There was a special and i was phoned at least 3 times a day for the sale. I paid the money for the machine 28/11 with the condition the machine will be delivered 2-3 working days. I told the sales person i need the machine for an event on the 2nd of december. I was told not a problem. Soon as i paid the machine nobody contacted me. I had to follow up the delivery. Week later i request my refund because no machine received, send from pollar to post for my refund. No after service after you made the payment. All about the sales figures.
