Pathetic Service

Since the 27 of Feb till todate I have not received my parcel from Ram and Ikhokha Fully paid. I have been receiving sms that my parcel is out for delivery.

The Delivery guy was here at work Friday afternoon, after my shift ended, I have advise them of my shift for the following week, the delivery guy and the offices. I was also promised it will be delivered first thing in the morning Monday.

Monday the delivery guy again arrived after my shift ended, I got a call at 5pm that the delivery person is looking for me, advise the offices again that I have logged off from work, I can not be detained by them, I need to collect my kids from school. I then advise the delivery person and office of my shifts.

Promises were made again for Tuesday morning, the was no attempt on Tues till to-date for delivery.

This is worse service that both these companies have the fact that one does not deliver and other no follow up to check if the package was received by their client.

If this is out of your control I suggest that you change your courier company that you are using.
