Pathetic and getting worse

Expanded my business with a second card machine and a second bank account, our first machine for over 3 years no problens, also my wife's machine for her business no problem, with our new machine I had to constantly phone to have the money paid in, they made one payment, and then the next did not happen, phone them once again, they told me they can see the fica is in order and they will make payment, one week later still nothing, I see on all the Hello Peter reviews they just copy and paste the same lame excuse there is absolutely no sincerity in their service anymore, are you trying to collect interest on your customer's money now or just dont give a damn anymore, you did supply a good service.. IN THE PAST, not anymore.
