well done to the Ikhoka team- I received quick response-from Ash at the new sales department- because I had an extremely busy schedule recently- the agents patiently kept trying to reach me to activate my card machine- I was contacted by Sasheer today who was patient , well mannered and extremely customer orientated- thank you Sasheer- also I would like your manager to know that I am an extremely harsh critique because I personally train agents like Sasheer in achieving good customer relations- SO if I rate an agent well that means he/she has done a great job! par excellence-Once again WELL DONE TO THE TEAM-
