Outstanding service

When I was in the process of purchasing the Ikokha card machine and I was assisted by Mickaal Minords who was very patient and helpful explaining about the Ikhokha and always available everything I messaged him on WhatsApp and telephone calls.

Ikhoka is based in Durban and I stay in Cape Town, Mickaal assured me that it would be at my door maximum of 2 days. As it promised I had it in front of my door and took 2 working days , very quick very impressive!

When I started setting the machine with my phone at 9pm Mickaal patiently still took the time to give me few instructions.

I did a payment to test it out and in 2 days the money dropped into my account !

Ikhokha is simple to use and very convenient.
