Not releasing OUR money...
Shocking and Disappointing service. Almost every week there is a problem with their system. We are running a business, and the fact that they don't release OUR money on time has a huge impact on our cashflow and orders. Will move to a new supplier for sure. Ikhoka needs to up their game.

21 Jun 2021, 13:33You do not take these problems seriously. Its happening almost every week. The problem is not being fixed. I thought that if I give it time, it will get better, but it doesn't. So we are moving to a new supplier. This is not fair. The money you keep is OUR money.
