Non- existence service

I am not sure of I should say I am annoyed nor disgusted by the service received or rather not yet received from Ikhokha and their sales consultant Ricardo Chinnapen. I placed my order on the 21st of September for the iKhokha shaker solo and I was promised that the item will be delivered within 2day, today is the 4th of October and I have not received my item. With all the difficulties we are facing with the economy, we still must deal with poor service from service providers, this is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I have requested Ricardo Chinnapen to provide me with his manager’s details, but he is refusing to do so. Should this matter not be resolved within 24hours, I am taking this matter up.
