No settlements from Ikhokha!

Not satisfied with Ikhokha at all. Very poor service. Waiting since 29 February 2024 for funds to be settled into account. At first there was a Fica problem, that said after a consultant phoned me and confirmed that the Fica was successful. Than all of a sudden the Fica was not successful.

Contacted them yesterday, 4 March, they said they will sort out the Fica and my monies will be settled today, 5th March in the afternoon.

Today, 5th March @15:35 still no settlements in my account.

This people is making business very unpleasant. I am not satisfied with them and the operators in charge of the whatsapp lines just simply ignore the customers and don't even bother to reply.

Highly disappointed in them.
