No service to complain about and deaf staff

Can't complain about service if there isn't any. I ordered 2 ik flyers on the 13th dec. Up until now no correspondence. First time I spoke to them on their chat site, they confirmed the order is linked to my account. They said delivery will be between 1 - 3 days. I mailed them on the 18th. Got a stupid support ticket no. No responds further. I chat again on the 20th. They said it is still not out for delivery. I phoned today want to cancel my order and profile because they are not the only company that can provide me with this service. The guy heard everything fone and when I mentioned I want to cancel then all of a sudden he can't hear me. What pathetic service is this.
