No sense of urgency yet dealing with business where time is essential

If this is the service ikhokha gives new customers, i do not wish to have a long term relationship with them I bought a machine submitted all relevant document and an operator called me and provided training, once completed they gave a go ahead to continue to trade. My business traded over the weekend however the proceeds have been sent to my account. I called to enquire and they told me that I had outstanding fica documents. [questions is how do you allow customer to continue to trade with outstanding documents] i gave them benefit of the doubt and submitted the outstanding documents. They confirmed it was received and it would take 24 hours for the funds to be paid. Its been over 72 hours. I run a business. How do they expect me to buy stock when they holding MY FUNDS despite everything being done on my side. This is absolutely ridiculous. Each time you phone customer care, you told its escalate, however there is no feedback nothing. What is the point of escalation??? Im done with this service provider. I just want my hard earned money
