No Money, No follow up and no care whatsoever!

This is really the worst service I experienced my whole life. After numerous phone calls and 16 emails sent to Adila Cassim and Kevashan, I still did not receive my money from them. They do not follow up and get back to me. When I first logged the call I was told by a so called supervisor that it will take 24-48h just to find out that this was not true. It is now 15 Days later and still nothing. They are just passing the buck to someone else and does not take responsibility. I would think many times before choosing them as your service provider and the negative reviews you will see on Hello Peter is true. Good for those people that has good ratings for them, but they will come around and see what is the real service you will receive. Also don't expect a call back from them unless they can get a sale out of you. Still waiting for a call back after the previous reviews. You only get an AI generated message saying that this is not the level of service they aim for. Prove it and phone me actually and get this problem sorted.
