Nivania Pillay is an absolute gem at Ikhokha!

Since we started our business in January 2019 we have had nothing but excellent service with Nivania Pillay. She is highly accessible and we even have her on WhatsApp. She is excellent with her customers, whether to assist with small queries or to inform us about new products. She has been a real partner in our business transition. Also the Ikhokha product itself is highly recommended, we have not experienced any down time since we joined, and no money has been misallocated, which often happens at banks. Our business has grown significantly, and part of the reason it has is, because we have the right tools and resources/support in place. I highly recommend Nivania and her support team at Ikhokha.
