Never use iKhokha!!!!
very very poor - I have 2 iKhokha devices for 2 different businesses and on both these accounts my settlements were never paid out.
I had to contact them with their excuse being the value of the amounts are to high and they can't pay out the settlement and on the other device they seem to have a fica problem
unnecessary admin because you have to recon every settlement and make numerous phone calls just to get your money in your account and they are very expensive with their fees defenitaly not as advertised!

20 Apr 2023, 10:44Hi Leandre, thank you for reaching out to us, we are sorry that you have not had a pleasant experience with us. We understand that the issue with your transactions for your one-card machine has been resolved and your transactions were settled on the 5th of April. We have escalated your other profile to the relevant department to assist with the FICA registration issues and will be in contact with you to assist with resolving this as soon as possible.
iKhokha is transparent with our transaction rates. We charge a 2.75% transaction rate (ex-vat) and a settlement of R2.50 per settlement (i.e. R2.50 every time money is settled into your account). This fee only applies if you trade and money is settled in your registered bank account. If you don't transact, this fee will not apply.
Kind regards,
Ikhokha team

20 Apr 2023, 11:12I will not be mentioning amounts but why settlements are not settled for nearly 2 months and you don't even mind to contact the client just doesn't make sense. And then having absurd excuses for why the settlements aren't paid out. I won't accept that as customer service and I will no longer make use of these devices.
all fica docs are in place its just an excuse
